HOW TO GO ABOUT BOOKING A WEDDING

We will meet to have a chat about what you want. I will tell you what I do and we decide that we like each other and the rest will be history!

If you are happy to book me, I will require a £100 or 10% non-refundable deposit (whichever is greater) which will secure your chosen date (see Wedding Contract for terms and conditions).

I will need some information from you. This is all really important. Pre=planning is essential to the smooth running of the day.

I will definitely need the following:

Wedding Date

Wedding Location/s

Contact details:
Bride and grooms' addresses, home phone, mobile phone, and email addresses
Wedding and reception venue co-ordinators' (ie vicar or registrar) names, addresses & contact details

Expected itinerary: (ie. Bride's House - 8 am etc)

I would also like a list of the "main players". ie Bride's Mother ......... Jenny Jones.

This is really useful to get the job done and also to ensure nobody is forgotten. If you want people taken informally, instead of posed shots, that's fine too, as long as I know who's who so you have the important people covered.

You may want a Pre-Wedding Shoot so book that at this time too, so we can fit it in before the wedding. It would be a great opportunity for you both to get to know me better.

If the Bride would like a boudoir shoot, perhaps as a present for the Groom on the Wedding Day, perhaps it would be better to email me, so he doesn't know about his surprise! (This is a very popular option) It would be great if you could bring your veil, basque, stockings, shoes and anything else relevant to the day, where possible.

I will make a "reckie visit" to all locations that you have requested me to attend. I can attend alone, or you can attend too, if you would feel more comfortable doing so. After all, it will be good for our rapport!

You are more than welcome to contact me at any time with queries of any sort.

Now all that's done, relax and look forward to your big day!
